We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

Domestic shipping rates for standard USPS delivery (5-8 business days once fulfilled) is $7.99

We typically fulfill orders and hand them to mail carriers within 2-3 business days. USPS shipping on average will take 5-8 business days. Our standard delivery times may experience delays due to COVID. During high volume periods and/or holidays, delivery times may vary.

We create, print, pick and pack all orders by hand with the utmost care and attention all from our warehouse in Southern California.

We're happy to offer no hassle returns or exchanges on items returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Original condition means that your item is unwashed and unworn with original tags. We also cannot accept any items with an odor/scent and/or containing human and/or animal hair.

Please note that we have multiple *nonrefundable* items as marked in the product descriptions.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accomadate free returns.

Should you need to exchange an item you're welcome to get that from our store anytime you'd like.

Please include your order number in the returned package (so we know who to refund). You will receive your refund once we have processed your return. Please allow 3-5 days from the date of receipt for us to process your return.

Once your returned package arrives at our facility and is processed by our fulfillment team, your refund will be initiated. You’ll receive a notification email when this happens, and it typically takes up to 5 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

For the most part our apparel items fit true to size-unless otherwise stated on the product's page in the description section.

Please refer to our size chart on each product page near the price for accurate sizing on each product. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions before purchasing.

 If your orders have the same name and shipping address and have not yet been packaged and/or shipped we will combine separate orders if we are notified by email, otherwise Items ordered separately will ship separately. 

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can do our best to accomadate your cancellation request. We cannot cancel your order once it has been processed/shipped.

Yes! We offer tracking on all orders! Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available once your order has finished processing, and is shipped. If you have not received your tracking email it's possible the email was forwarded to your junk/spam mail inbox. please email us at support@loveproudshop.com so we can further assist you in this matter. 

Please reach out to us within an hour of placing your order at support@ loveproudshop.com with the coupon code and your order number and we will adjust your order and refund you the difference.

Our garments are sourced from ethical manufacturers with humane production practices. Design and printing is all done with love by LoveProud in Southern California.

LoveProud® was founded by Stephanie & Lara, a couple based out of San Diego, California. We created LoveProud® not only to provide you with high quality products, but to also help our community and the LGBTQ+ youth.

We strive to offer support and guidance to the young members of our community. We are extremely passionate in helping and supporting our community in any way possible, and actively volunteer to help pave the way for a better tomorrow. 

We donate 15% of all proceeds to LGBTQ+ Youth & Organizations always.

In the future we hope to build LGBTQ+ centers in areas where members of our community do not have support. We are here to make a change.
